Of course not, moron. I just wasn't working, as protest against your pointlessly convoluted time travel storyline. In any case, you're omniscient; how could I have been shot without your realisation?

Author Notes:

You're… you're alright? Good. This storyline will be over soon I SWEAR.

Oh, and as for the omniscience thing? It's called "illogical and pointless drama".

Also, I kind of completely forgot to upload this comic yesterday. Too much awesome was happening; specifically, too much awesome without the combination of free time and Internet access was happening.

Also, this author note got word-wrapped all weirdly when I first uploaded it. That occurred because I'm a complete idiot and I opened the file in Notepad instead of a real program. Notepad's word wrap uses physical breaks. This is stupid. If you ever decide to code a text editor, don't use physical breaks. kthx. EDIT: Uh, turns out Vim does have physical breaks. But only if you :set textwidth or :set wrapmargin (read: actually want physical breaks and thus enable them), so that's cool.

Before this time travel storyline is over, I just want to make a joke about how I'm going to go back to 1985 and tell the people at Microsoft developing Windows 1.0 not to use physical breaks... wait, 1985? This merits further investigation. Maybe Back To The Future and Windows 1.0 are related? Hmm... I should go ask my 2015 counterpart once I've finished this comment. Notepad can wait.
[Edit from the future: Dagnavvit. I knew I'd forgotten something.]

Also, Jane really has a knack for these causal loops, doesn't she?

I enjoyed the timey wimey story - but ready for a new one.

Actually, only the current-er versions use physical breaks. XP's does it, 9x does not. I have no idea why either since the underlying control supports non-breaking wrapping... I never investigated though so it could be a different control...

Trope-tan: Hi, Jane, we're from the future. We need you to jump forward in time and help with the current storyline. This is a time machine. Drop whatever you're doing and get going.
Jane (quietly): Why are you rushing this?
Trope-tan (quietly): Xavius is going to scry on this comic in two panels, desu.

present!Jane: Um, okay?
Trope-tan: Great. Past!Jane, take her place. Quick.
past!Jane: Will do.

present!Jane: More time travelers? The plot gets pretty complex, huh?
Trope-tan: Soudesu.
Jane: Don't feel bad if I can't understand any of it, okay?

Jane: Now, I really need to get going.
And by "I", I mean "you".
Trope-tan: Achronality achieved.

Krakow! Whummmmmmmmmmm bzzzoam!
present!Jane: Um, see me later, I guess!
Jane: Farewell, me.

past!Jane: Okay, the scrying part is over.
Trope-tan: You're youritsu in the timeline now.
Jane: Get on with whatever I was doing in this storyline.

past!Jane: Um, we were going to collect the first Colour Drop, I think. And then fight Captain Obvious.
That's what the archives say, anyway...
Jane: Captain… Obvious?

Trope-tan: Uh oh.
