He Did Not Just Say That

Oh no. This will be bad. I'm so anxious I can't even come up with decent snarky comments.

Author Notes:

@Biri: You mean exactly like Spike does in the aforementioned Buffy? ;)
@Le Count du Valois: Well, yes. But they still don't sparkle.

I should probably put up the flameshield now. Sorry, Twifans! I didn't mean any of that! Actually, I did mean all of that.

Re: real vampires

As everyone knows, /real/ vampires don't care about some pesky sunlight. Only wimps can't take a blanket and run around during the day. Just look at William... and the Immortal. I guess. Possibly. I mean, with him, who knows.

Actually actually, vampires are just fine in sunlight. They can't transform during the day, but it's a chronological thing; independent of the actual exposition to sunlight or not (a.k.a. clouds etc).

Dada da da (da da, da da da da) Dada da da...

Trope-tan: So you haven't seen Doctor Horrible's Sing-Along Blog.
Bob: Nope.
Trope-tan: Okay, you are missing out. Watch it. It's almost definitely the best work of all time.

Trope-tan: I assume that you've seen Serenity, though.
Bob: ... no?

Trope-tan: Firefly?
Bob: No.
Trope-tan: Dollhouse?
Bob: No.
Trope-tan: Angel?
Bob: No.

Trope-tan: Okay. Buffy The Vampire Slayer. You *must* have seen Buffy.
Bob: Buffy's crap. It unrealistically portrays vampires.
Trope-tan: ... vampires don't really exist. How can it portray them unrealistically?

Bob: Vampires sparkle in sunlight. Haven't you read Twilight?

Trope-tan: *Out*.
