Webcomic Sign, Finally

MST3K? Webcomic sign? Fee-dee-toe? Sorry, I have no idea what's going on here. I'll just go read through the archives first.

Ah, I hadn't considered that. Reading the archives would indeed be a good idea.

The MSTing is about to begin! Time to ask the readers a question: as any watcher of MST3K will be aware, the MSTing occurs in the theatre and in shadowrama. The original work being MSTed appears on the theatre screen, and the MSTers appear in front. This is how it works.

But if this is how it works, there's a problem. The MSTers will have speech bubbles, and these speech bubbles will cover up the original work. My currently planned solution is to create each panel twice: once with, and once without speech bubbles. Thus, only four panels of the original work will appear (on the left), and four panels of MSTing will appear (on the right). So my question is this: does anyone have a better idea?

I have a better idea - happy birthday to the author and I hope you get plenty of narrativium - and money.

I have never seen MST3K, so this door sequence rather reminds me of Get Smart.

Joel: Okay, we're ready. Let's go.

Doctor Forrester: And, now - push the button, Frank!
TV's Frank: You haven't actually released me from the cefa-te-wood.
Doctor Forrester: Ah, of course.
And it's *CFVDEWTOD*. Please try to keep up.

Joel: WE GOT WEBCOMIC SIGN!
